1. 測量並研磨咖啡豆。我們建議 30 克咖啡搭配 300 毫升水(1:10)。
2. 倒入咖啡粉,然後倒入冷水。
3. 沖泡前先攪拌
4. 蓋上蓋子,然後將真空泵放在上面。
5. 按一次,然後按住選擇一個程序:橙色 5 分鐘,綠色 8 分鐘,藍色 12 分鐘

The canisters are very nice, and hold the suction well. I find I avoid the side flaps when opening, as my first container showed cracks on the flaps' under sides after 3-6 months of use. Keep the center button depressed after the suction is released to ensure the air pressure is equal inside and our while opening, and open gently. Don't pull suddenly.
I also use the vacuum pump to make coffee. It's my favorite gadget! Like pour-over but without all the effort! Considering ways I could flavor my coffee naturally...
