1. Measure and grind your coffee beans. We recommend 30g of coffee with 300ml of water. It should be a good place to start (1:10) ratio
2. Pour coffee grounds, then cold water.
3. Stir first before brewing
4. Close the lid, then place vacuum pump on top.
5. Press once, then hold down to select a program: orange 5 mins, green 8 mins, blue 12 mins
6. Wait for 5 - 12 mins. Once timer finishes, the vacuuming process will begin.

Q1. Can you use VacBrew to make hot coffee?
Yes, because the coffee chamber is made from Tritan plastic, it can withstand high temperature up to 212°F, but we recommend brewing at 176°F.
Q2. Is VacBrew brewing chamber dishwasher safe?
Yes, all the parts are detachable and easy to clean.
I have to say, I'm quite disappointed. When I tried to brew cold tea, the device simply didn’t work as expected. Instead of creating a nice vacuum cold brew tea, it ended up sucking up the tea into the machine, which was a huge mess.
Additionally, the constant beeping every 30 seconds during the 12-minute cycle is incredibly annoying. It disrupts the whole experience and makes it hard to enjoy my tea. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product.
