User Guide

1. Measure and grind your coffee beans. We recommend 30g of coffee with 300ml of water (1:10).

2. Pour coffee grounds into the brewing chamber, then cold water.

3. Stir a few times.

4. Close the lid, then place vacuum pump on top.

5. Press to cycle through timer programs, hold down to select a program (orange 5 mins, green 8 mins, blue 12 mins).

6. Wait for the timer to finish, then the vacuum process will begin.
